If you received a call offering a SolarCity product between November 6, 2011 and October 16, 2017, you may be eligible for a payment from this class action Settlement. You are included in the Settlement Class if, at any time between November 6, 2011 and October 16, 2017, you received from or on behalf of SolarCity (1) one or more calls on your cell phone or (2) at least two telemarketing calls during any 12-month period where your phone number appeared on a National or State Do-Not-Call Registry or Solar City’s Internal Do-Not-Call List more than 15 days before the calls.
To receive payment from this Settlement, you must submit a Claim Form via this website or by mail. Claim Forms must be submitted or postmarked on or before April 16, 2018 to be deemed timely. Claim Forms received after this may not be accepted.
Each Settlement Class Member shall be entitled to submit only one claim, and only one claim can be made per telephone number, regardless of the number of calls to that phone number. Each Settlement Class Member who timely submits a valid Claim Form by the Claims Deadline shall be entitled to a single payment from Defendant.
